A tiny calico kit padded in the Tribe's territory, not knowing that she passed the border. Laying down, she tucked her paws under her.
"I guess I'll rest here for the rest of the day," the she-cat called Mint mumbled, looking around. Her parents were gone, and she was abandoned. Her littermate died during the journey. She remembered the snake that bit her littermate clearly. Drawing a paw over her ear, she sighed.
"It would've been better if the snake bit me instead,"A deep growl rumbled in her throat. Trying to control her anger, she laid down on her back. Mint looked up at the starry night, hoping for someone to comfort her.
